  • Identifying and assessing a clients critical needs.
  • Being a point of contact to the our clients and resolving any issues that they have.
  • Responding to client communications or queries.
  • To Visit the Plants / Sites / Corporate Offices And discuss the Pain points regarding Service.
  • Send the Analytical Data realizing the actual benefits & ROI to end user.
  • Relationship Management, Pitches, Presentations, Project Proposals and Deal Closure.
  • Identify new clients, build and maintain business relationships with potential clients.
  • Monthly collections & outstanding Follow-ups .
  • SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the client, Rapport building with the client
  • Expansion of Business New orders from existing Accounts as per Monthly Defined targets .
