Achieve value and volume growth of products and establish good customer relations in the key accounts. Implement the sales and marketing plans / schemes along with special POA for the accounts to meet the sales target. Provide value addition for the companys image with the account and make sure that collections are done in a timely manner for the sales done1. Develop the business form accounts assigned to achieve maximum sales and implement POA / activities to sell maximum number of Alcon Products at these accounts. 2. Send in Daily work reports in Salsa and other reports that maybe required of him/ her. 3. Constant Competitor activity feedback to maintain a competitive advantage. 4. Effectively manage the development of the accounts assigned and make sure that the outstanding is collected on time. 5. Support after sales service to the accounts through products and services. 6. Work in OR to promote Alcon products. 7. Implement the pricing strategy / policy/ discounts to get maximum sales.
