Job Description

    Key Accounts Manager (DJI Drone Product) We are Hiring for Key Accounts Manager (DJI Drone Product) in Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata , Delhi Skills: Must experience in DJI Drone Camera Ecommerce domain experience mandatoryB2B field decent experienceResponsibilities: - Work with large EC platforms such as Amazon & Flipkart, as well as with smaller EC retailers to launch and DJI to achieve sell-through targets- Leverage head-office relationships to negotiate terms, on-site placement and promotion support to grow the brands share within each channel- Cooperate with platforms directly or with enablers to manage stores day-to-day and ensure high traffic and conversion rates as well as high-quality customer service support- Ensure daily traffic generation and conversion, leveraging on-and off-platform tools and marketing lever- Create and manage sales forecast to avoid out-of-stock- Ensure timely product delivery, both B2B and B2C (as appropriate), working with back-office colleagues and relevant EC platform & retailer fulfilment partners- Coordinate after-sales support- Follow-up and ensure timely customer payments- Prepare monthly reports to share with management and brand Requirements:- Degree in business, computer science or IT- Three to five years of successful sales and operational track record in selling high-tech products to EC platforms and retailers in India- Understanding of and ability to leverage EC platform and retailer methods of operation, including key traffic generation tools, both on-platform and off-platform, as well as main promotion mechanisms- Knowledge of drones, cameras or similar technologies preferred, or ability to learn relevant aspects quickly- Good communication skills, fluent in local language and English- Being aggressive, with good problem-solving and presentation skills- Able to work independently and according to schedule- Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target- Able and willing to travel in-market,
