We are looking for a person who can engage with existing customers with the objective of mining and growing these accounts. The person has to engage with Clients, Delivery, CSMs and Salesforce Account Managers and CSMs to drive growthExperience in handling client accounts for IT products or services and farming for business. CRM experience preferred but not essential. Must have excellent client facing skills, communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Maturity, and confidence to interact with leadership at client organisations is a must have. Must be willing to travel extensively within and outside the country. Should be comfortable with some level of ambiguity and change and have a bias for action. Role Description : The person will be responsible to engaging all Key Accounts for the CRM practice with the objective of raising the level of engagement to strategic levels and driving growth.The person will engage with the following as part of the role: Account Leads and CSMs to ensure customer success and delight. Clients for growth, referrals and Customer Success stories Partner AEs and CSMs for driving new business through partners like Salesforce In essence the person will be instrumental in preparing Key Account Plans along with the teams and ensure we meet the goals outlined.,
