Job Description

    Job Title:Kinaxis Rapid Response Integration Consultant with Industry Exp in Healthcare and Pharma, Process Manufacturing, Semiconductor, CPG and RetailLocation : Any Location in IndiaExperience : 2-9 Years Kinaxis RR Implementation and SupportJob Responsibilities :Reporting to the Kinaxis practice manager, the consultant will be involved in all stages of implementing and supporting Kinaxis solutions for our clients, aiming at ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveries.The main tasks will be:
    • Analyze the business integration requirements and create to-be integration approach
    • Customize Rapid Response data models, data sources and mappings, integrations
    • Mapping, Loading, Transforming, and Validating data required to support unique system landscapes
    • Develop and execute test cases
    • Develop and deliver training sessions
    • Provide post-implementation support
    • Participate in Demo, PoC, Pre sales response related activities
    The consultant will be expected to :
    • Challenge business requirements and provide recommendations
    • Provide inputs to PMs, Customers for developing project plans and ensure delivery consistent with the project estimates provided.
    • Identify and develop new opportunities of improvement or extension
    Candidate Must Have
    • Certified in Kinaxis RR preferred (Integration L1/L2)
    • Knowledge Rapid Response Integrations, batch and real-time, with legacy systems closed loop configurations, web services, common data transfer protocols
    • Experience in Kinaxis add-on of SAP, extraction process, knowledge of SAP data model for mapping source data to Kinaxis RR data model
    • Experience in close loop integration with transformation of the outgoing data from Kinaxis to IDOC etc. format
    • Preferred experience in Rapid Response Applications (Demand, Supply, S&OP)
    • 2 - 12 years of hands-on experience, as a business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers with very strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    • Good understanding of 1-2 industry processes (Healthcare and Pharma, Process Manufacturing, Semiconductor, CPG and Retail )
    • Have strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
    Good to Have :
    • Good knowledge in Javascript /Typescript /Solution Extension knowledge in Kinaxis
    • Technical knowledge or basic concepts about RDBMS, Schema, Environments etc
    • Experience in Agile way of working
    • Experience with tools like Jira
