    Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Voice Process Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues. Provide accurate information about products or services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
