Job Description

    This is rotational shift job including Night shift.Two years of work experience in EKS and GKE or openshiftProvide good customer experience by resolving end user issues in the platform that are channeled through various mediumsReady to work in shift timings (24x7) to support different multi cloud kubernetes based container platforms in all environmentsBuild traffic routing, service discovery, secrets, and access control solutionsProvide inputs in architecture and design of new features on the platformAnalyzing, solving, and correcting issues in real time, providing end-to-end problem resolutionImplementing monitoring by leveraging tools like NewRelic, Catch Point, APM and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines) using Jenkins, Jira, GitHub and AnsiblePartnering with application and other platform teams in product/platform migrations and enhancements Key Skills: Candidate must be ready for Face to Face interview in final round.
