Job Description

  • Years of experience: 1 to 4 years
  • Basic understanding of SDLC
  • Solve basic software functionality problems, first level trouble shooting and answer configuration and software functionality questions
  • Gather the required information from the customer and escalate issue to higher levels accordingly
  • Facilitate and liaison communication across internal teams and update the customer very systematically through CRM
  • Attend customer requests via all Support channels - email, chat, portal, phone
  • Perform initial diagnosis of the issue and provide customer updates within the set SLAs and response time guidelines
  • Basic knowledge of installing applications and upgrading to latest versions
