Job Description

Job DescriptionThe TESS Third Party Manager is a senior member of the GBAM aligned Third Party Management team responsible for supporting services and products provided by Partners / Third Parties who are engaged for technology - enabled trade execution services, function trade processes, data management, client reporting and portfolio management functions within the Global Markets Space. This person will work closely with the Global Markets Front Office teams and their technology counterparts in onboarding and managing such Third Parties.ResponsibilitiesOngoing Management of Third PartiesManage a diversified portfolio of Critical and Non - Critical Third Parties that provide Services to the Global Markets portfolio supporting Electronic Trade Execution Services in accordance with the Trade Execution and Support Services Standard (TESS), the Enterprise Third Party Program and the Global Recovery and Resolution Planning programServe as a central liaison between Third Party Oversight, Front Office Business Units, Sourcing / Procurement, Legal, Global Information Security, Compliance , Business Continuity and Ops Risk teams and other key stakeholders to execute the Third Party Partner oversight programEnsures vendor deliverables, Third Party processes and necessary documentation are completed and implemented consistently across the portfolio through the planning, due - diligence and contracting processBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and Third Parties to manage contracts, service level agreements, risks and metric management in alignment with expectations of the business and as laid down in the StandardEducate and partner with Process Owners to conduct Initial risk assessments on Third Parties during the onboarding process and ongoing risk assessment through the duration of the Third Party relationshipCoordinate and partner with other Control Functions (Subject Matter Experts ) who assess Third Party risks and controls, as well as identify risks requiring remediation and documenting remediation plans for Third Party OversightParticipate in relevant governance routines to report on Partner service levels, Third Party risk status, and TESS program management as needed to help LoB make business decisions such as external procurement strategy and rationalization of Third Parties to save costsImprove communication between Technology and Front Office Business functions, working through Business Partners (Process Owners) and Technology ManagersManage miscellaneous projects as needs arise (process improvements, internal audits, regulatory support)RequirementsRequirementsEducation: B.E / B.TECH / MCACertifications If Any: NoneExperience Range:8 - 10YrsMandatory skillsExperience within Global Markets business, ops and technology domain areas with knowledge of electronic trade execution services is a mustThird Party risk and relationship management skillsExperience managing the delivery of services in a matrixed environment with a diverse portfolio of Third PartiesSelf - directed, detail oriented, organized, and exercises good judgmentAble to communicate in a clear, concise mannerAble to multi - task and work effectively across multiple organizational unitsA self starter with ambition and drive and exhibits ability to proactively follow up and get resultsStrong oral and written language skillsProcess Re - engineering skillsStrong in Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint; able to put together reports / decks, SharePoint, Access, and VisioDesired skillsKnowledge of ARIBA is preferredSupply Chain and Procurement management knowledge is an added advantageWork Timings: Rotational shifts(6AM - 3PM &3PM - 10PM) Night Shifts if required,
