Job DescriptionThe Slate Metrics Team requires a Project Manager with a varied skill set. The Project Manager will support the PMO with Project Planning, Stakeholder Management and timely updates to the Senior Management. In this capacity, the PM will face off with the Slate Development team Leads, Senior Management and a wide variety of Front and Middle office managers who support the generation of Volcker metrics in a worldwide Investment Banking business environment.A successful candidate should have eight or more years of experience managing projects in software development, have expertise in Project Management tools like MS Project, JIRA and have experience with Agile SDLC concepts, and preferably have some knowledge of Regulatory landscape in the investment banking industry. The candidate must have contributed significantly to multiple successful enterprise projects and milestonesResponsibilitiesProject Management:Manage the priorities and backlog of all India based Slate Metrics Development teamsCollaborate with the Dev teams to define and progress on SDM Roles and ObjectivesAssist the team in making clear progress on Predictability and Velocity MetricsManage JIRA Data Quality by following up with Developers and Scrum Team MembersManage Sprints in JIRA for Slate Metrics Development TeamsHandle Initiatives and BAU Deliverables in respective forums and prioritize based on sound judgmentSupport Global Program Manager by managing Project and Milestone portals and support with relevant statuses, Description, RAID, etc.Timely escalation of any concerns/ issues in meeting forecasted deliverables and deadlinesPrepare excellent PPT presentations for Inter and Intra team connects/ forumsStakeholder Management:Business Facing - Work collaboratively with Operations, the Front office and the other functions (Finance, Risk) on Project DeliverablesLine Of Business Management Support the LOB requests for Resource/ Project/ Deliverables statisticsBACI Management Manage team s obligations to BACI Senior Managers and other horizontal Initiatives (OPEX, Risk Champion, TwO/ TwIN programs)RequirementsEducation: BE/ BTech/ MBA/ MCACertifications If Any - NAExperience Range: 10 - 12 yrsMandatory skillsExcellent communication, Negotiation and Stakeholder Management skillsWell experienced in Agile SDLC Methodology Scrum Master certifications preferableAnalyze, Translate and Track Deliverables and Backlog using SDLC tools.Ability to work in global virtual teams and in matrix structures and being a good team playerPositive attitude to resolve problems and ability to work odd hours to support the business demandsExpertise in tools like JIRA, MS Project, MS Word and MS Powerpoint MS VisioStrong Problem Identifying ability and have excellent eye for detailDesired skillsPrior experience in Programming Querying Languages Java/ Python, SQL, etc.Prior experience in Business Analysis Requirements Analysis, Workflows/ Dataflow diagrams, etc. Work Timings: 11:30AM 8:30 PM,
