Job DescriptionProvides functional knowledge for software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems.Write user stories and acceptance criteria.Supports the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables.Acts as liaison between business unit and software developers and vendors.Participates in design, development and implementation of complex applications or systems, often using new technologies.Proficient as an individual contributor on projects in tandem with the team.Often oversee, provides oversight and guidance to more junior business and systems analysts.Operations experience preferred.Liaise with business leaders, Operations, IT business lines for clarification and understanding of business needsAbility to comprehend the technical conversion of the functionalitiesParticipate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the business usersPrepare requirements specification document solutions in collaboration with technical/ functional architects and other IT specialists and present the functional aspects and impacts of the new features / changes / evolutions to all the stakeholdersPrepare and maintain functional documentation including but not limited to process flows, user stories, functional test cases, integration tests etc.Support the technical development team in any functional aspects and train end- usersHandle multiple concurrent projectsLiaise with application vendors and other support teams on all functional aspectsReview of Test Scripts and test execution ResultsProvide Support during UAT, Performance testing and Go- LiveReview of Test Scripts and test execution ResultsProvide Support during UAT, Performance testing and Go- LiveRequirementsEducation Engineering Degree preferably in Computer Science with MBA OR Any graduate with MBANice to have: MBA; Financial domain expertise; Managerial education; BPM experience Pega, Appian, SeibelCertifications Nice to have Finance or PM related certifications, Pega/ BPMExperience Range 8 to 11 yearsMandatory skills Prior experience with requirements gathering, writing functional specifications and presentations to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure all systems conform to the business needs and specificationsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience facilitating workshops such as PI Planning, DCO sessions with business and technical Subject Matter ExpertsKnowledge of business processes and technology developmentKnowledge delivering within both a Waterfall and Agile development environmentPossess strong analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrates leadership and problem solving abilitiesMinimum 5 years working experience as business analyst in banking industry Prior experience in Treasury, Onboarding.Broader exposure to Wholesale Banking Industry Trends / Regulatory / Messaging standardsExperience in BPM programs preferably Pega.Desired skillsGood knowledge of Oracle Database concepts, MS Visio, JIRA will be an advantage.Product owner experience.Work Timings Fixed - 10:30- 7:30 PM IST,
