As a Lead Consultant - S/4 Data Profiling at AstraZeneca, you will be a part of a purpose-led global organization dedicated to pushing the boundaries of science and developing life-changing medicines. The Axial Programme, powered by S/4HANA, is a large-scale transformation initiative that will redefine the way we work globally and shape our future for years to come. Your role will involve delivering data analysis and cleanse activities to ensure data quality for migration to S/4 HANA. You will work cross-functionally within a team of Lead roles, demonstrating strong SAP Finance Functional skills, intermediate to advanced excel skills, and the ability to handle and coordinate large data volumes. Your responsibilities will include providing data quality enhancement recommendations, conducting data analyses and reconciliations, and driving the data cleansing process across the organization. It is essential for you to have good experience in SAP S/4 data, SAP ECC data transformation/data cleansing, and strong functional finance expertise in GL, AR, AP, R2R. You should also possess strong data management skills, exceptional data analysis, visualization, and interpretation skills, as well as confident communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Advanced excel skills, database management, SQL proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure are crucial for this role.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver data analysis and cleanse activities to ensure data quality for migration to S/4 HANA- Provide data quality enhancement recommendations and conduct data analyses and reconciliations- Drive the data cleansing process across the organization, coordinating with internal teams and collaborators- Develop and document business process flows and training documentation to enhance data management efforts- Manage the team and interact with other collaborators in different work streams- Implement automated queries for efficient data management and provide deep analysis and support for Master Data fieldsQualifications Required:- 11-14 years of experience in SAP S/4 data, SAP ECC data transformation/data cleansing- Strong functional finance expertise in GL, AR, AP, R2R- Skills to create and run SQL queries for enriching SAP Master Data of finance processes- Demonstrable experience of working with complex integrated systems- Exceptional data analysis, visualization, and interpretation skills- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills- Advanced excel skills, database management, SQL proficiency- Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines- Experience in life sciences and healthcare is a plusAt AstraZeneca, we are committed to being a Great Place to Work, where you can push the boundaries of science and make a real difference to medicine, patients, and society.
