This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.Purpose:The Lead Engineer must have depth and breadth of expertise across Active Directory Services, Hybrid Cloud, Azure AD, ADFS, common attack vectors, Security Solutions pertaining to Directory Services, and must be able to collaborate with other architects, engineers, and support teams. The Lead Engineer is responsible for alignment with overall IT strategy and is tasked with alignment of IT strategy to company goals. The Lead Engineer typically works on the conceptual designs and develop the low level design to integrate an IT project into the production, this includes translation of low level high level design into configuration documents, performance testing, product evaluation and hands over to delivery and operations teams. The position requires the review of advanced features, and participation in data management and migration projects across the environment.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Create various artefacts before rolling out a new solution into the Bank, maintain Secure by design principles.o Define the low level Technical Standardso Low Level Designo Configuration Standards and DocumentationL3/L4 Level Support: Provide Technical Support assistance to the team to drive and resolve high critical production issues. Assess the situation and involve vendor support when required.Manage the appropriate Product Lifecycle Management process to ensure;o Monitor End-Of-Sale, End-Of-Manufacturer-Support, End-Of-Life etc.o Maintaining the Invest, Contain & Disinvest state of each product.o Update all this information in the Product Roadmap Portal.Product Selection and PoC: Play a key role in the selection of relevant Products to be used in the Bank. The Engineering Lead must be involved in the final decision-making process to ensure that decisions made are in line with the Banks s strategic direction.Innovation and R&D Lab Environment. The Engineering Lead will have the overall ownership R&D, PoC and testing activities carried out in the Hybrid Cloud Lab environments, this includes managing;o Funding requests for additional lab equipment (software, hardware, etc)o Annual maintenance costsThe Engineering Lead is responsible to manage the workload to track the deliverables.o Maintain an Engineering Book of Work.o Provide Reporting information to management & other domains (i.e. key items delivered).o Resource management identifying & justifying need for new resources.Collaboration and internal training: Provide expertise to internal groups on Messaging and Hybrid Cloud Products.Document, track, and mitigate relevant risks related to products (if any).Work closely with Bank s internal security teams to address security concerns.Qualifications & Skills:Strong documentation and communication skills are essential. This is a critical skill as a large part of the role involves developing high quality documentation and communicating with various stakeholders.Good analytical and strong technical skills in L3/L4 level trouble shooting.Leaderships skills and experience in managing technical teams.Experience: 12+ years (IT Consultancy, Solution Design, Engineering, Support, Administration)Architect level expertise and specialization (Level-300, Level-400) of one or more productsTechnical Skills:o Active Directory Service (AD 2012, 2016 and 2019)o Active Directory Security Solutions (StealthBITS, Preempt, Microsoft ATA/ATP, ALSID)o Active Directory Disaster recovery solutionso Office 365o Azure AD, ADFS, WAP, Information Rights Managemento PowerShell and Scripting Skillso Strong knowledge in design or implementation of security solutions, including application/OS hardening techniques, Active Directory, Windows, Desktop, PKI, Syslog & Security events management (SIEM)o Good knowledge and experience in AD security assessment in terms of OU delegation, GPOs, permission etc.,o Good knowledge and hands on experience in Virtualising domain controllers and recoveryo Good knowledge and hands on experience in AD disaster recovery & automating manual tasks. Having knowledge on automated forest recovery tools like Quest, Semperis etc.,o Good Knowledge on Active Directory & windows security audit logs to analyse the anomalies and report to respective management teamso Good knowledge on Cryptography, certificates, PKI, symmetric, asymmetric keys, Encryption & hash algorithmso Good knowledge on AD authentication protocols Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, LDAPS & LDAP-Start TLSo Good knowledge on Network log capturing & analysing the logs through the tools Wireshark, Tshark, Microsoft NM etc.,o Good knowledge on application integration with LDAP & Kerberos i.e. Keytab, krb5 etc.,o Good knowledge on AD trusts, forest, domain tree structures, sites, DNS, GPOs, OU, FRS & DFSR.o Good knowledge on any Identity & Access Management tools like FIM, MIM, OIM, Quest etc.,o Exposure to SAML, OAuth, OpenID and other security/IAM related standards & Protocolso Strong hands-on familiarity with host-based security solutions, Forensic & Investigation agents, and Compliance scanning and reportingo Knowledge of single sign-on, federation, active directory/LDAP, Kerberos/NTLM authentication & integrated Windows authenticationOther skills:o Experience in conducting and supporting O365 migration, authentication and identity management.o Experience in with Federation Services and Identity Management.o ITIL V3 /COBIT Certification is plus.o Good presentation skills, ability to present designs and whiteboard ideas.Apply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.To view information on our benefits including our flexible working please visit our career pages .,
