1)Should have an experience of Engine ECU error calibration (Gasoline / Diesel) using special tools like INCA, MDA, VISU (Preferable ECU Families : - EDC17 series of BOSCH, Delphi DCM7.1, Continental EASY+ platform)2)Knowledge in Engine ECUs Components (like Common rail, Sensors and Actuators) 3) Basic Knowledge in Electric vehicle (iEMS, BMS) & Powertrain ECUs (AMT & TCU) 4)Should have experience of automotive communication protocols (CAN, XCP,CCP, UDS etc), and usage of communication and diagnostic tools. (CANoe, CANalyzer, CANDiva etc) 5) On-Board Diagnosis tools handling - INCA, VISU 6)Should be an expertise in design software like CANdela Studio/ CANoe/ CANdela, CANdela Flash etc 7)Should have a knowledge on D-FMEA, Design Reviews 8)Testing and verification of the system functionalities in vehicle and bench setups 9) Discussion with the suppliers on the issue and identifying the root cause and solving the problems along with the suppliers. 10)Validation monitoring and identifying the issue root cause and solving problems 11) Basic Modeling in MATLAB Simulink & Phython scripting knowledgeExperience7 to 9 YearsIndustry PreferredTier 1 suppliersQualificationsBtech/Mtech in Mechtraincs, Mechanical, Electrical and ElectronicsGeneral Requirements1.
