Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1 NVH Testing and Analysis of Vehicle level preferably on electric vehicles 2 Conducting complete root cause analysis of electric noise issues related to motor and transmission 3 Bench marking of vehicles and consequent target setting for vehicle level as well as component level 4.Demonstartion of feasible solutions and interaction with respective design teams and be responsible for implementation 5. Enhancement of existing processes and quality of analysis 6. Providing NVH requirements to design team to avoid the NVH issues (Front loading) 7. Conducting pass by noise method and ensuring the target levels for both IC engine and electric vehiclesAlso, knowledge in the following:1. Knowledge on working of vehicle systems such as motor, regeneration, transmission and HVAC preferably on electric vehicles. 2) Conducting transfer path analysis and structural and airborne source contribution and mitigation measures 3) Electric vehicle system knowledge, tonal masking surface target setting 4) Digital Signal processing and pass by noise test. Experience Post graduate in Mechanical engineering. Should have min 8 years of experience in Testing .Should have execution skills and support team towards Vehicle NVH deliveriesTesting Software : LMS-Test lab Industry Preferred Automotive /Farm/Construction equipments Qualifications Post Graduate in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering Stream General Requirements Excellence in ExecutionTask OrientedCollaborativeJob Segment: Engineering Manager, Engineer, Construction, Mechanical Engineer, Engineering, Automotive ,
