Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Execute the requirements for IC engine, Electric Powertrain and Driveline NVH aspects in products in Virtual simulation stage . Help to Creat the IC & Electric Powertrain NVH target sheet and meet these tragets in VV stage and meeting the project Time , cost and perfromance requirements. Benchmarking, Target setting and Front loading contenting inputs for New vehicle projects for IC, electric Powertrain and Driveline NVH aspect. Explore and utilise the advanced tools and techniques in Simulation stage for NVH DVP deliverables along with Automation and optmisation techniques Create the new Process, tools , procedures and Guidelines for productivity improvement from NVH aspectsKnowledge of IC Engine, Clutch, Transmission and Driveline Induced NVH requirements and NVH measures to contain the same in VV and Test stage Knowledge of Electric Powertrain NVH simulation techniques, noise genration theories and relevant DVP Know how and expert skill sets for Powertrain NVH Simulation softwares like Nastran, HM, Actraan, AVL Excite, Romax, Valvdyne software and electric powertrain NVH simulation tools . Advanced Skill sets of Automotion, optimisation, super element for productivity enhancements Capability for Laeding the team for delivering the Virtual requirements for Powertrain and Driveline. Experience 5 to 6 years experienceMust know tools and techniques for executing NVH simulation for IC, electric Powertrain and Driveline. Basic Knowledge about motor whine Noise, Gear whine and rattle simulation and manufacturing requirements. Gear design from NVH aspect. Indepth Knowledge about the FEM, BEM, SEA and role of these in Powertrain and Driveline NVH Virtual validation aspect Know how and highest levels of skill sets in Virtual Lab, HM, Nastraan, AVL excite,Engdyne, Romax, Actraan.
