What you will be doing This position is for Lending group: You will be responsible for CX support. Primary support to Commercial Lending space for leading APAC Banks such as Riyad Bank, Mizuho, ADB with direct client interactions and expectations to represent strong FIS image, internally with various stakeholders as well as externally with growing client footprint. This position is for Chennai location What you bring
    • Min 5-7 years of experience on CX support/ product support/ technical support.
    • This is more over functional support role.
    • Domian: knowledge on ACBS or LoanIQ or Commercial Lending required.
    • Establish strong relationship with clients.
    • Good Communication skills
    • Quick learner and flexible to work in shifts.
    • Strong analytical skill.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills.
    Added bonus if you have:
    • Knowledge of FIS products and services.
    • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives, and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
    • Knowledge of financial services industry
    • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
