a) Simulate and analyze the implication of vehicle/engine/driveline specification changes on FE, Performance (acceleration, gradeability & max speed) and emissions. b) Publish FE & performance simulation reports and participate in reviews with Vehicle/Engine/Transmission teams and Product Planning in FI (Functional Image) target setting for FE, performance feel & drivability. c) Conduct detailed benchmarking of competitor vehicles with regards to FE & performance. d) Evaluate prototype at each stage of vehicle development and analyze the causes for deviations between predicted performance and tested performance. e) Study and evaluate CO2 reduction technolgies for possible implementation in M&M portfolio f) Evaluate and implement new methods of powertrain simulation & analysis as part of capability buildingJob RequirementsExperience (years)10+ years of relevant experience for BE & 6+ years for MEIndustry Preferred Automobile, Tier 1 suppliersQualificationB.E/B.
