Job Description

It is a Tech Lead role and Tech Lead experience of 1-2 years is required Architecture, peer review or requirement discussion Lead developer with handling 3-5 team members minimum Excellent in technical aspects Good understanding of the domain is good to have. Candidate must have 9+ years of experience. Java- Should have worked on version Java 8 at least. CI/CD-Devops Experience is not Mandatory but Need to have working knowledge Microservices- Candidate MUST have hands on experience. Middleware Technologies- Should have at least worked on 1 of the technologies. Cloud- Candidate MUST have experience working on at least one(Azure or AWS). However AWS is preferred. Coding- Candidate MUST have hands on coding experience. Architectural experience is not mandatory but would be good to have. Job Requirements 1. Develop software solution by studying system flows and work processes. 2. Experience in end to end application development from inception to delivery 3. Writing/Maintaining code and working on bug fixes 4. Conceive, design, develop & deliver innovative IT solutions 5. Analyze & execute architecture practices into development 6. Ability to develop code using evolvable architecture 7. Design & Implement application to meet non-functional requirements (e.g. Security, Scalability, Maintainability, Performance, Accessibility etc.) in specific technologies 8. Identify hardware requirement of target environments and develop solution based on it. 9. Implement base framework in technology and infrastructure supporting application 10. Monitor use cases development in specific technology 11. Mentor developers on architecture and technologies 12. Help in debugging and solving issues in development, production etc. 13. Understand the business and customer needs and provide valuable solutions for the same. Technical skills 1. Able to write code in Java / JavaScript / TypeScript etc. - Coding Must 2. Experience in Java technologies in Core Java, EJB, Servlets, Spring Boot, JDBC, JNDI, JMS, JNDI etc. 3. Experience in working in SPA based Web Applications technologies Angular 2+/React/Node.js 4. Experience in creating REST APIs using Java Sprint Boot or Node.js 5. Experience Web & Application servers IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IBM Http Server, IIS etc. 1. Understanding of Domain-driven design (DDD) concepts such as Bounded Contexts 7. Experience in building solution using Microservice driven architecture style 8. Understand concepts of containerization using Docker containers and orchestrating using Kubernetes cluster. 9. Experience with source control management tools such as Git and SVN, working knowledge on Git workflows 10. Experience with Artefacts management tools such as Nexus, JFrog Artifactory etc. 11. Experience in developing CI/CD pipeline involving docker containers, continuously improving existing pipelines for better automation, considering different environment stages 12. Able to write Unit test in JUnit or any other using testing frameworks, 13. Able to implement Testing Strategy and drive Test Automation in Selenium, JUnit, Python & PostMan, JMeter. 14. Experience in building Observability using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, ELK stack 15. Experience using DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, AWS CloudDeploy JIRA, SM9, HPQC, Confluence, OpsGenie, Jira Service Desk 16. Experience in Messaging middleware platforms like IBM MQ, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ etc 17. Experience with Windows & Linux environments Behavior skills - 1. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 2. Must possess a willingness and aptitude to embrace new ideas and master concepts rapidly 3. Must be a team player and have Strong attention-to-detail, Quick learner, ability to priorities and organize 4. Experience in working with Agile team with Agile mindset 5. Well versed with programming knowledge, ability to learn new technologies and sharing it with team. 6. Ability to provide estimates and manage committed schedules & provide timely feedback to stakeholders 7.
