Job Description

  • Responsible managing technology risks, across the entire lifecycle, in a large program comprising of multi-cultural and cross-location team
  • Work closely with group risk, compliance, governance teams etc. to track and close program related risks.
  • Monitoring implementation of the risk management in the program through a consulting approach & control non-conformance
  • Responsible for identifying and driving initiatives to improve risk management in the program
  • Proactively identify risk and drive to closure. Ensure the risks are analysed and reported periodically
  • Define and write process documents, aligned to market frameworks like COBIT, ITIL etc.
  • Creating awareness around risk management in the teams. Drive a culture of proactive risk prevention rather than a reactive risk management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSCore Skills:
  • Undergraduate level qualification or above with bachelor s in engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in IT industry with 5+ years in IT risk, compliance and governance area.
  • Knowledge of risk frameworks. COBIT, ITIL certified (Preferred)
  • Professional Certifications like CSQA, CISA, PMP (Optional)
  • CRISC Certification (Optional)
  • Result focused: high sense of accountability and urgency
  • Good stakeholder management skill
  • Good team management skill
  • Collaborative and transparent
  • Good communication skills - writing and speaking.
