Senior SDET/Lead SDETResponsible for creating salable, maintainable and distributed test frameworks to make functional engineer life easier Responsible for designing frameworks for testing the performance and load of the applications Responsible for mentoring junior SDETs on deciding on the test strategy and framework design Responsible for defect preventions through technical reviews on design and code Responsible for analyzing a complex software system and design strategy to test the system Responsible for driving test analysis through test suite code coverage and data analysis Responsible for infrastructure design on test environments Responsible for setting best practices on test operations Responsible for interacting with automation engineers to fix issues on test framework and enhancing the framework to support requested features Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field 4+ years of SDET and testing experience Knowledge of Python/Perl Scripting or any scripting languages Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and think abstractly Ability to work with multiple products and understand the integration channel of the applications Knowledge of Internet/Web Technologies is must Experience in working on Selenium, Sahi or Microsoft Coded UI Tests Excellent coding skills in C++, C#, Java or Python Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in data model understanding Experience in database queries and knowledge on NOSQL platforms is a plus Experience in improving the test run times in parallel with improving the test coverage Experience in test automation and strategy design over distributed systems Self motivated, goal oriented and willing to work as a team to meet the team and individual goals on time Experience in designing and writing automation tests with stub and mocked data from integrated systems,
