Job Description

Lead - Simulation - ( 200000RH )

Mission

1. Stong theoritical Knowledge in Multibody dynamics and Finite Element methods

2. Self sufficient in theoritical knowledge on the Mechanics, Strength of materials, Design and Vibrations.

3. Strong practical knowledge on the testing.

4. Responsible for finite element Modelling for assemblies and Sub assemblies of Wiper systems as per Valeo PG standards and perform FE nonlinear simulation calculations as per PG requirements

5. Interaction with other divisions or units worldwide and establish a strong and intimate Customer

6. Guarantee the respect of best practice and standards, establish and capitalize new standards when applicable.

Responsibilities

To work primarily on Finite Element Model generation and analysis involving Wiper systems comprising of Motor linkages, Arm and Blades by using following

Carrying out MBD simulations

Carrying out Quasi static non linear simulation within ANSYS WB

Dynamic linear simulation in ANSYS WB.

Optimization of part can also be done using Design Xplorer or topological simulation.

Education/Training BE / ME in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute or university With strong background in FEM using ANSYS Linear and Non Linear / Multi body simulation. Professional Experience Engineer : 2 to 3 year experiences in Ansys FEM using ANSYS Linear and Non Linear Key Competences (Transversal/Professional) Competence Level Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Commitment to best quality standards and product communication abilities standardisation Team building Interpersonal skills and Team player Technical Software (CAD/CAE/CFD/MBD) Static non linear and dynamic linear in ANSYS WB Multi bodies simulation in any software. Other Software Basic knowledge in Catia Material NA Agility and adaptability Rigorous and analytical mindset, potential to grow Languages ENGLISH : FLUENT Knowledge in French or any other European language would be a plus Other Specifications Candidate must be ready to travel overseas shortly after joining, in order to attend training program in competency centers Candidate must be willing to work on projects across VECI divisions in the Chennai office to deliver high quality FE Models and CAE calculations. ,
