Job Description

Digital/FMR India Internal Applications team is a one stop team for all internal applications for India associates. We have around 30+ applications which is aligned to all Business Units in Fidelity Technology Services, Enterprise Delivery Services, Shared Services, Business Analytics & Research. This role is expected to work on multiple projects concurrently; ensuring the completion of open work items, adherence to procedures and completion of projects. Role is also expected to manage a team of associates and provide regular guidance/mentoring.The Value You Deliver

  • Supporting End to end delivery of FMR India applications
  • Conceptualization, Design and development of various modules/functionalities
  • Acting as a bridge between Business and development team
  • Reporting recurring issues raised by business users and working with development team for fixes
  • Helping production support team to identify the root cause of issues raised in production
Technical Skills
  • Technical & Functional Knowledge on Dotnet C#
  • Knowledge on MVC, JQuery and latest trends in Dotnet
  • Should have knowledge of Oracle, MySQL and SQL server
Behavioral Skills
  • Strong Organization skills; self-directed with minimal supervision
  • Strong people manager skills should be able to manage a team of associates
