You live our design and development methodologies, understand our business, and are on a continued pursuit to build empathy for our customers. While you are entrenched in the development, maintenance, and testing of one product area, your view expands to the product vertical your team operates in. You work with your team and perform user research, creating personas, designing wireframes and interactive prototypes as well as testing designs.The Value You Deliver

• 50 % Design execution
  • Identify and frame user central problem
  • Plan and facilitate problem identification and solution workshops
  • Create low and high fidelity sketches or ideas
  • Collaborate with Product and engineering teams throughout agile planning, design and development process to deliver releases product that meets design intent
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure product feature meet UX quality standards for interactive design
• 30% Design Strategy and Planning
  • Build deep understanding of domain
  • Co-own business goals for scrum team with partners in product and engineering org
  • Daft UX workflow for detailed agile design and development
  • Ensure design work is conducted using behavioral data focused on user centered Product success metrics
• 20% Leadership
  • Demonstrate and promote best practices for working with Product teams
  • Participate team wide initiatives to improve design process ad practices

The Skills that are Key to this roleTechnical/ Behavioral

• 5 yrs of UX design
• Solid capability in UX create and design
• Facilitating, summarizing and acting on take away from user research
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Work experience on either of InVision(preferred) or Framer or Marvel or Origami Studio.

• In partnership with Product Management, actively seek to gain a deeper understanding of the business context under which your team operates. Leverage this understanding to present feature recommendation to your Product Owner.
• In partnership with Design, continue to build empathy for the primary, as well as secondary, personas your vertical supports.
• Complete modifications, refactoring, and bug fixes to existing functionality without the need for oversight

• 5 9 years of overall experience with 5 years as a UX Designer.
• Graduate
