Do you have experience in building modern and rich web applications with advanced UI capabilities Are you looking for an opportunity to build a great SaaS product for Indian Healthcare market If yes, we would like to talk to you about this exciting role. We are looking for Lead Web UI developer who have built great products, from premium universities to come and build great products for our customers. Responsibilities Review and understand product requirements through specification reviews, engagement with customers and peer team members. Develop advanced web-based applications with latest UI capabilities that increases usability to advanced level. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/ UX designs and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Also assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end. Ability to investigate and troubleshoot an issue with implementation, can make sense of situation and able to drive efforts to resolve the issues by engaging with all stakeholders. Setup, adhere and pay special attention to coding standards, best practices and maintainability. Make cross browser compatible mobile friendly components. Identify and Implement Performance improvements and Optimizations. Deliver innovation in design and solutions leveraging latest best practices in the area of expertise, evangelize across the team to adopt them, and continuously keep updated oneself on latest technologies. Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience of relevant experience in design and development of web and mobile responsive applications. Masters/ bachelor s degree in computer science/ engineering or related fields from premium Universities (IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, CEG Anna University) . Must have experience in developing rich web-based application systems using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and other Microsoft technologies. Experience in JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS / React JS, Node.js will be highly preferred. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. Good exposure of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Agility in mindset, excel well in fast moving environment, and leadership skills are must have to drive UI discipline in building great products. Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, TFS. And understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them. Knowledge of modern build tools/ task runners like gulp. Ability to act independently to resolve issues, excellent communication (fluent English) and very good interpersonal skills, strong critical & analytical thinking. Manage development tasks independently, takes self-initiatives to tackle challenges in the project and team, avid thinker to get creative solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare, Pharma industry is great plus. Experience in working with Angular JS/ React JS, Node JS, exposure to Micro services architecture and Container based deployment.,
