Job Description: One ERP is one of the boldest and most ambitious projects that Danfoss has ever launched. Our mission is to roll- in 150 legal entities to one IT platform that has been customized to meet the Danfoss global business need. As a One ERP Learning & Development Associate, you will be part of a passionate organisation of global, local and virtual team members in a working environment characterised by drive, engagement, quality service and curiosity. Your main tasks will evolve around creating training videos and updating/ editing existing videos. You will also create training events in Cornerstone and follow- up on trainings. Main responsibilities : Creation of end to end videos in PowerPoint based on live recordings or with voice over . Video trimming and export to video Update existing videos (sound and quality check) Provide Voice Over for videos using teleprompter via microphone Bookmarking for animations in PowerPoint Upload of videos to Danfoss Stream Create events and sessions (Face to Face/ Skype) in Cornerstone Proxy enrol training participants Create deep links to training and mass enrol users End- User support and general follow- up on Cornerstone trainings Ad hoc training related tasks Education and Experience Master/ Bachelor degree Experience in creating videos using Office mix add- on feature in PowerPoint Experience in Video trimming Experience in using OpenShot Video editor Experience using Excel Cornerstone training course certificate preferred, but not mandatory / willingness to become certified Personal characteristics Be able to plan and prioritize tasks Good communication skills. This job involves giving voice- over to videos. Hence the candidate must possess neutral accent and must be clearly understood by users from different nationalities Proactive approach to tasks Self- driven and ability to work independently following given procedures Eye for details Flexibility to work in global time zones Being part of the One ERP Program means that you will be a key player in Danfoss digital journey, helping to create a better digital customer experience and enabling growth within Danfoss. ,
