Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,Legal & Admin/ Company SecretaryAssisting in handling all corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of private wealth clients including incorporation & liquidation of legal entities Organizing board, trustee & shareholder meetings and preparing minutes thereafter Preparing necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board resolutions, trustee meetings liquidations, striking off, etc. Supporting in domiciliation including registered office requirements and mail handling Setting-up of bank accounts for client entities Ensure statutory and compliance issues are met including KYC and AML aspects Maintaining statutory records/share registrar (dividend payments, change of Directors/Shareholders etc.); trust beneficiaries, protector and enforcer Filing of financial statements in new XBRL format FATCA & CRS Registrations and Reporting Perform client administration duties Review trust related documents such as trust deed, letter of wishes, deed of retirement, appointment and indemnity; minutes Formulate investment parameters Include - prepare & review of Enhance report Include - prepare investment policy statement Add prepare & review of tasks that an Associate is expected to performRegards,HR Team
