Job Description

The candidate should be well versed in:

  • Managing Court procedures, (High Court, District court, NCLT, Tribunals etc)
  • Briefing to lawyers and coordination with them to ensure the proper and timely filings and compliance of the court orders/directions
  • Drafting, vetting and negotiation of agreements, Deeds, Power of attorney, undertakings etc.
  • Preparation of updates/MIS and sending it to the management
  • Familiar and comfortable in reading case laws, legal updates, research
  • The candidate shall be primarily responsible for litigation management of company cases, going on in various courts including District and High courts. The candidate shall also be responsible for companys regular legal work as mentioned above. His 60% of time will be consumed in litigation management of cases and remaining 40% for daily company work.
