Job Description Position: Licensing Engineer Reporting: Sr. Manufacturing Technology Manager (USA) Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing support and construction reviews new plants o Respond to inquiries from Licensee concerning operational issues which they face during project execution of their project. o Help Licensee plan startup and commission activities o Support Engineering Reviews and participate in HAZOP Reviews during Basic Engineering Design or Detailed Design Assist in training of licensee personnel o Provide Operational Training to Licensees personnel Assist in new plant commissioning and startup o Create punch - list items of needed corrections o Review startup and operating procedures o Review safety procedures o Provide on - site operator training as necessary o Perform process control logic checks o Provide shift coverage as necessary the initial operation of the plant o Interface with the Licensee Management Staff to coordinate activities between the licensee o Assist Licensee in carrying out the warranty test runs Assist existing licensee related to troubleshooting or performance improvement activities. Response to inquiries from licensees concern existing plant operational issues Assist during new catalyst trials Provide on - site support troubleshooting or to improve operational performance Assist in the development of Process Design Packages Required Skills Problem solving; analytical thinking Excellent interpersonal skills Team player Communicate professionally and effectively with persons of various occupational backgrounds, including operations, maintenance, engineering, marketing, and management.
