    • Have experience within the Insurance sector and if currently performing a similar role at present would be an advantage
    • Male/Female candidates - both preferred
    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Experience in Delivering life insurance training sessions
    • Flexible in dealing with and delivering virtual trainings to the newcomers
    • Delivering product training in regional languages
    • Provides information on a variety of complex customer service issues requiring knowledge of life insurance, annuity and investment products and transactions focusing on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency
    • Responsible for numerous types of transaction processing for universal life insurance products which must be completed within quality and timing service standards
    • Leading the implementation of value-add services for clients
    • Manage and deliver technology, systems and insurance knowledge training for new and current joiners, including acquisition support, using lecture, self-study, e-Learning, practice opportunities and live work
    • Manage the virtual classroom including handling disruptions
    • Conduct training analysis to identify learning opportunities
    • Motivate continuous learning
    • Travel to PAN India to provide training and process and procedures support, as needed
