Job Description

    Sales engineer/executive is responsible for communicating the benefits of a companys services to drive sales. Seeking an experienced sales engineer/executive to attract new clients, win new accounts and maximize profitability within his or her sales territory.Responsibilities:
    • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
    • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
    • Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities.
    • Potential for new products and services.
    • Timely and accurate reporting.
    • Supporting the finance function in money collection.
