    • Job Responsibility:
    Manager corporate affairs will report to Regional GM-Projects.
    • Identify all applicable approvals for any specific project.
    • Discuss with external consultants and develop an approval strategy including cost and timeline associated with them.
    • Should be aware of Liaisoning & DCR consultants in different markets
    • Should be able to appreciate and interpret codes/GR etc
    • Should be able to understand and interpret drawings.
    • Should be aware of Approval documentation for each type of approval
    • Work with external consultants (as applicable) to obtain all approvals/ permissions.
    • Monitor and report on regular basis.
    • Exposure to having directly dealt with govt officials at different levels.
    • Ideal Candidate Profile:
    1. Qualification: Engineer / Architect.
    2. Experience: 10-12 years of exposure in a similar role in real estate development, preferable in Industrial SEZ, Commercial Malls, Warehousing parks, FTWZ, Industrial Buildings, Factory Buildings, Logistics Properties, Industrial Parks across multiple states/cities in concerned region.
    3. Aware of laws related to land acquisition, conversion, approvals/permissions for zone change etc. Actual experience and contacts at the local authority levels would be given preference
    4. Aware of laws related to establishment of industrial projects, preferably across multiple states/cities.
    5. Good network of consultants across various states/cities
    6. Excellent written & oral communication skills.
    7. Mature in handling external agencies.
    8. Should be a good team player.
    9. Willing to work hard and contribute in the companys growth.
    10. Should be willing to travel across geography and at short notice.
    11. Shall be from good background honest, diligent and trustworthy.
    12. Candidate must be looking for a long-term association with the company.
