Job Description

    Role: ML EngineerExperience : 3 to 5 YearsLocation : Bangalore/ ChennaiQualifications:
    • Overall, 3 to 5 years of work experience with relevant experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or related role.
    • Understanding of data structures, data modelling and software architecture.
    • Familiarity and proficiency with machine learning frameworks (like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, MxNet) and libraries (like scikit-learn, pandas).
    • Knowledge of CUDA, OpenCL, OpenGL, and OpenCV.
    • Proficiency in Python coding, knowledge in other programming languages is an added advantage.
    • Understanding and scripting on SQL/ NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MangoDB)
    • Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, UNIX)
    • Knowledge on deployment of the ML models on any cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP.,)
    • Knowledge on Big Data & tools like Spark based - distributed training and inferencing.
    • Experience with designing and developing popular - highly scalable, distributed ML models and open-source projects.
    • Reinforcement Learning, Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing knowledge on packages like NLTK, Gensim, SpaCy, CoreNLP is a bonus.
    • Knowledge of text detection & OCR, human / face detection, generative models, reinforcement learning, video analytics, model compression / optimization.
    • Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good team player and excellent written and verbal technical communication skills.
    • Preferable to have FMCG/CPG domain knowledge.
    • BE / BCA / BSc in Computer Science; Masters degree in the same stream is a plus.
    Responsibilities:
    • Perform statistical analysis, fine tune test results, train and retrain systems while working on different frameworks & algorithms.
    • Developing deep learning systems to various use cases based on the business needs and finally implementing suitable AI/ML algorithms.
    • Develop and deploy machine learning applications according to requirements.
    • Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
    • Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools as per requirements.
    • Study and transform data science prototypes.
    • Working with cross functional teams to get the details & provide the outputs to the senior ML engineers.
    • Understanding the product life cycle & working with Product Management to prioritize feature development.
