    • System Administration Manage and administer mainframe systems including installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software components Perform system upgrades patches and installations to ensure optimal performance and security Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to address problems
    • Security and Compliance Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard mainframe systems from unauthorized access and data breaches Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to mainframe security
    • Capacity Planning Monitor system capacity and resource utilization to anticipate and plan for future growth Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and efficiency
    • Backup and Recovery Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data Conduct regular backup tests and implement disaster recovery plans
    • User Support Provide technical support to end users and resolve mainframe related issues Collaborate with the helpdesk team to address user inquiries and troubleshoot problems
    • Performance Optimization Analyze system performance and optimize configurations to enhance efficiency Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall performance of mainframe systems
    • Documentation Create and maintain documentation for mainframe configurations procedures and troubleshooting guides Keep documentation up to date with changes and upgrades
    • Collaboration Work closely with other IT teams to integrate mainframe systems with broader organizational infrastructure Collaborate with application developers to ensure seamless integration of applications with mainframe systems Requirement
