  • Very good technical knowledge on Mainframe technologies : COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS
  • Must have very good analytical skills & thought process to automate every possible opportunity
  • Flexibility and openness to adapt new technologies
  • Should be able to handle the work pressure to deliver the projects in short timelines
  • Must be a good team player & leadership skill
  • Exposure to PL/1, Assembler, IMS DB, IMS DC, Natural Adabas is added advantage
  • Good hands on knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScipt is another added advantage
  • Should have knowledge / experience working on Cloud environment (AWS)
