Job Description

ExperiencedEngineering & Maintenance professionalfrompharma formulations industryrequired urgently for Rs 75 cr. established finished formulations manufacturer atChennai--------------------------------------------------------------------------

  • Position:Asst Manager Engineering & Maintenance
  • Products:Finished pharma formulations
  • Location:(Chennai)
  • Salary: Upto Rs 5 lakhs all inclusive (accommodation not provided)
  • Weekly off: Sunday
-------------------------------------------------------------------------Interested candidates with suitable qualifications and experience must respond with following detailswithin 7 days with following details.
  1. Updated. Complete resume
  2. Present annual CTC all inclusive
  3. Earliest joining period, if selected
--------------------------------------------------------------------Candidate profile:
  • Age: 32-40 years
  • Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical / Production Engg
  • Minimum 10 years with thorough knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems used in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Hands-on experience in handling AHUs, Purified Water Systems would be an advantage
  • Should have been either a part of the team or have independently faced and cleared the regulatory audits. Should have faced at least one regulatory audit.(essential)
  • Proven experience as Team leader
  • Good communication skills (proficiency in Tamil desired)
  • Additional experience in having set up production / utilities equipment desired
Responsibilities
  • Qualification of Equipment
  • Preparation of URS/DQ and independently conduct FAT/SAT.
  • Preparation of various documentation like IQ/PQ/OQ.
  • Calibration and Preventive maintenance.
  • Establishing SOPs.
  • Deviation management of OOS/OOT/NC.
  • Qualification of the site, area, machines etc.
  • Training Programs.
  • Internal audits.
  • Vendor development
  • AMC finalization with the vendors.
