Job Title:Manager Alliances and Business DevelopmentAccountabilityDemonstrate accountabilities of alliance management for outsourcing and insourcing products so that goals are agreed upon agreement and ensure all the implementation are well in place. Every internal and external stakeholders are fully understanding related role and responsibilities and the principles and ways of collaboration between the partners.Fully participate in insourcing and outsourcing deals preparation, negotiation, and closure etc. to ensure these deals can generate significant and positive impacts on the commercial results including top-line and bottom-line figures and to ensure that terms in the contract during the negotiations will become enablers of a strong collaboration and performance during the period of the agreement.Manage the Life of the collaboration via face-to-face meetings, calls, KPI processes, and proposed corrective actions by organizing regular interactions with partners to review activities, performances and related KPIs.Maximize the value of the partnerships by enabling ways and expanding our business together with key stakeholders.On a regular defined period, revisit the key terms of the contracts and correctly re-engage into a re-negotiation to further improve the terms of the collaboration.Building cooperation with partners, managing alliance relationship via project management cycle & tools, and coordinating & providing resources to strengthen alliance management and to achieve win-win situation between the company and partners.Required Education / Qualifications / Skills (minimum requirements for the job) include equivalents
