    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesPosition: Manager (Sales & Account Manager Enterprise B2B)We are a fast growing, profitable and Client focused Organization. To further fuel its growth and client relationships, we are looking forward to smart, young and energetic individuals who want to work, learn and grow in a professional and performance oriented environment.You need to be someone passionate about winning new clients and offering industry leading account management experience.Responsibilities:
    • 1. Acquire, manage and enhance staffing and recruitment business from existing and new clients
    • 2. To cross sell strategic services to existing customers of Orcapod
    • 3. To manage these relationships from account management perspective and work with delivery teams to enhance revenues from clients and client satisfaction
    Qualification & Competencies:
    • 1.MBA from a reputed college/ university(Mandate)
    • 2.10th & 12th percentages to be higher than 70% (Mandate)
    • 3. Prior 4+ Years Experience of Sales and Account Management in B2B context(Example: Corporate Training, Corporate Banking, Hospitality, HR etc.)
    • 4. Excellent written and Oral communication skills
    • 5. Capability to create proposals and comfort with Technology, Tools and Techniques
    • 6. Strong people skills, assertive and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
    Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR or ChennaiSkills and Abilities:
    • Demonstrates high standards of professional behavior in dealings with stakeholders, colleagues and staff.
    • Possesses good inter-personal skills, especially in handling contacts of all types and at all levels.
    • Takes a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
    • Have good written and verbal communication skills.
