The Business Manager will be responsible for driving corporate gifting sales, identifying new business opportunities, developing relationship strategies, and overseeing sales operations. Daily tasks include market research, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for product customization, and ensuring client satisfaction.Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to manage and coordinate with internal teams for product customization and marketing Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience in the luxury goods or jewellery industry is a plus Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure,
