If you have a need for flexibility, then please discuss this with the Hiring Manager.To facilitate and enable transparent, accurate and timely reporting, monitoring, management and governance of the portfolio of projects in line with and adhering to the relevant Policies and Standards. The role holder will work closely with each of the global service delivery leads and the respective service improvement team members who are accountable and responsible for programme and project delivery. The role holder will also manage multiple projects and/or project workstreams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to expected quality, to ensure the agreed benefits and outcomes are met.What will you be doing Portfolio, Programme and Project Governance Experience in working with technology teams for resolving issues and change requests Manage portfolio reporting including outcomes, benefits, cost, resources, status and timelines. Track portfolio programme/project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, approvals and change control. Support the facilitation of key governance fora. Deal with sensitive and confidential issues in an appropriate manner. Drive best practice delivery through coaching and educating project teams on what good looks like; driving improvement in data quality and reporting to enable decision making. Experienced with the set-up and running of project/programme governance structuresManage Projects/Work streams Take ownership of managing agreed projects across all or part of the project lifecycle from mobilisation to close. Understand and apply the appropriate project management methodology. Effectively engage and influence project stakeholders at all levels. Coordinate and lead project communication and change engagement. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel Ensure clear and documented project artefacts e.g. project initiation, high level and detailed plans, RAIDs. Actively manage and change control project changes e.g. scope, resource, time, cost, benefits, outcomes. Actively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAIDs). Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Prepare reports (Adhoc/BAU) periodically to be sent to the client/stakeholders. Identify gaps and collaborate with the client/stakeholders to formulate solutions.What we re looking for:Graduate in any discipline Proficient in MS Office i.e. complex MS excel functionalities, Business presentations etc. Strong hold & expertise in HR systems deployment & Quality project delivery. Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written), to facilitate negotiations.
