Job Description

    • Plans the sales strategy for India region for entire CBO business for 2 million USD and double the business in 4 years
    • Plans & formulate strategy for new market development (Green Hydrogen, LNG, Offshore Wind, Wind energy, Solar, infrastructure etc) in addition to rest of the CBO units.
    • Supporting key customers, OEM s, integrators, projects, EPC s and working with End User
    • To develop a pipeline of business in new markets which is sustainable.
    • Identify new market viz viz CBO product line.
    • Develops and execute sales strategy for identified market diversification.
    • Achieves the orders and sales numbers for CBO product line in the identified new markets.
    • Need to facilitate & drive project data and key customer information for effective coordination on coverage.
    • Supervises, supports timely market driven New Product Developments working with the PLM and engineering teams as appropriate for the market to take it to 4X Growth.
    • Plans Project coordination, Project calls, Monthly forecast, CRM, CLM & Tender vet for the business.
    • Develop and maintain key account relationships with those customers defined as strategic for the product basket in the region.
    • Monitor market conditions, trends, competitor activities and assist in the capture of VOC
    • Provide commercial input to the project pursuit teams
    • Develop an India for India plan.
    • To develop an OEM strategy focusing on global players building solution out of India for an formalizing an frame agreement for identified product lines.
    QualificationsRequirement:
    • A minimum of 15 experience in a sales experience, position requires firsthand knowledge of emerging markets, market trends, in-depth knowledge of new market applications, VOC, focusing on present and future target markets Should have demonstrated evidence of success performing a similar role.
    • Computer literate to intermediate/ advanced level in the Microsoft Office software suite & proficient in power apps, Siebel CRM, Sales Force CRM.
    • Degree qualified with an Engineering Degree (BE / B.Tech), having a management degree will be an added advantage.
    • Self-starter, highly self-motivated out of the box thinker who has the ability to navigate different industry segment growth drivers will be a preferred skill if the same has been demonstrated in their earlier roles.
    • Should have a digital mindset.
