    Job RequirementsPosition titleManager Corporate SalesReports toGroup Manager - Corporate & Institutional SalesJob gradeManagerLocationChennaiJob PurposeThe Resource - Corporate Sales will be responsible for supporting Institutional and Corporate sales by identifying market opportunities and developing an understanding of client needs. The incumbent will maintain a strong technical understanding of RE products and business plan to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Identify, Map and tap into the Corporate & Institutional Sales in the assigned territories Generate leads by cold calls , referrals , word of mouth , scouting etc Coordinate with field team , marketing and rides team for BTL activities Create an activity calendar and effective completion of the activities as per timelines. Ensure the Daily Calls & Daily Visits that are planned are met. Conduct BTL activities to generate orders such as demos , test. rides , log out rides , service camp , events etc Ensure the collection of payments and deliveries, subsequently Quotation , Purchase orders and billing of Motorcycles. Ensure that the motorcycles are delivered and reconciliation of payment To engage the corporate customers on a regular basis and delight them with ride events and service camps Regularly visit government institutions and pitch in our products & Upgrade them to higher cc Motorcycles. Regularly conduct demos to government institutions To have close watch and to handle Government tenders so that we get 100% orders. Coordinate for statutory norms of the government Increase CSD business Ensure all the CSD approved dealers are generating regular business. Ensure all the dealers are onboarded to do the CSD business. Activities at CSD canteens Train the dealership team on the complete CSD business - Customer handling, CSD prices, Documentation & submission on time, collection of payment from the CSD depot on time Provide training to the dealer team by identifying the dealer for IS business and training manpower for coordinating with IS departments To ensure CPC is rolled out and onboard all the dealers for getting additional volume Branding at CSD URCs and Depots. To ensure the dealers team is having good rapport with the CSD officials. To bring in the culture of Market share in CSD business.Work ExperienceEducationBachelor degree in relevant fieldExperience 3 years experience in a similar role Demonstrated experience in client value creation,
