Job Description

    Design costing systems and implement process to effectively monitor and control the plants operating cost Analyse the plant cost on daily basis and take action to reduce/optimize the operating cost Analyse batch wise production and reconcile the input/output ratio is within the standard norms Analyse process loss for each batch and take action for the batch/orders which have deviations from the standard norms. Visit plant and conduct Stock verification and report non-moving items, spillage, deviation with books stock and take action for correcting the same. Monitor stock holding from yarn to grey to finished fabric and take action to ensure there is no stocks held beyond the desired holding levels Monitor Bill of Material and control purchase against budget Raise debit alert for any stocks not consumed or lifted by the client. Design and Implement process to ensure best practices.Skill Sets and Qualities expected : Advanced Excel knowledge,.
