Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesCreate and monitor adherence to the HR process manual for dealership, covering the entire employee lifecycle.Develop and define a framework for Talent Management for the talent pool at dealership level, and ensure effective implementation by FFT managers.Develop and monitor the retention strategy and incentive scheme for top performers at dealership. Design and roll-out of capability building programs for Dealer HR and Dealer Leadership and managerial roles. Design and roll-out New dealership induction programs .Design and monitor the framework for measuring engagement at dealerships through pulse survey.
