Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility: Member relationship management in Tamil Nadu promoting member engagement with NASSCOM, regular visits to members, member communications, follow- up on member requests and queries; designing and delivering innovative member services, collection of membership fees and other receivables.Building the membership base in the region.Ensuring retention of existing members.Handling inward delegations, including organizing B2B meets with members.Organizing Forums and Marketing of events.Organizing and maintaining databases and mailing lists.Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience: Management Graduate, Engineer Or a Post Graduate with 4 plus years of relevant experience.Customer focusedInnovative thinkerEffective CommunicatorCompetent understanding of the IT/ ITES industry.Process drivenAbility to build and manage external and internal relationship.Team Player6 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management with an ability to promote member engagement.,
