Job RequirementsPosition TitleManager - EngineReports ToTeam Manager - EnginesJob GradeManagerJob PurposeThe Deputy Manager / Manager -Product Development- Engine will be responsible for Design & developof Valve-train system in J models / Upcoming Variants / New modelsKey ResponsibilitiesEngine Valvetrain & Chain drive system design & development (Camshaft, Valves, Rocker arm, Camchain, sprockets, Cam Bearings) Able to make design schemes in Creo -Solid / Surface modeling Valvetrain design in GT suite or equivalent softwares Engine emission / COP activities support PLM Windchill / Design release process Top down design approach / Skeleton modeling Forging / Casting manufacturing & machining knowledge NPD process knowledge Knowledge on Engine parts Knowledge on Engine NVH Stack-up calculation GD&T DFMEA / DFM / DFA / DFS Knowledge on Forging / casting CAE analysis Benchmarking of Engine components Failure analysis / Issue. resolution.Work ExperienceEducation Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology Degree Master of Engineering / Master of Technology Degree is preferredExperience 8 to 12 years in Engine Valvetrain & Chain drive system design & development.
