Coordinates the preparation of the annual financial budget and multi-annual plans. 3. AnaIyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company s actual performance compared to the budget. Not only making report but should be analyze the financial situation by myself and should share feedback to them. 4. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. 5. Liase with banks to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. 6. Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. 7. Responsible for tax declarations and statements. 8. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including. 9. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. 10.
