This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.JOB PURPOSE:This role is responsible for performing and managing all Information Delivery and Assurance related deliverables, adhering to SLA, operating instructions and quality requirements, managing a team of analysts and Managers.The role is also responsible for the quality of the team being managed and its output.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure timely delivery of services relating to Capital CoE including Risk Weighted Assets results, Capital Regulatory Reporting (incl. COREP, Leverage Ratio, Capital Adequacy Reports, Pillar 3, Benchmarking, etc.), Risk Management Reporting, Local Capital Regulatory Reporting, and any other internal and external reporting requirements within the Basel I, II and III frameworkEnsure timely delivery of Assurance relating to Risk Weighted Assets and all other internal and external capital regulatory reporting requirements within the Basel frameworkExercise right level of diligence, control and governance to comply with bank s Data Quality and Reporting Standards including those that are prescribed by the Basel and Regulatory Environment in which the bank operates.Responsible for stakeholder management, both internal as well as external to ensure consistency and promptness in service delivery.Take ownership for all delivery within the function or processes assigned, acting as a single point of contact for the services rendered.Ensure the various validations and reconciliation of financial data for their correctness and completenessCoordinate technology service deliveries as part of monthly-cycle in-line with the Capital reporting commitments, both on external and internalComply, Monitor, Validate and Report all Key Performance Indicators within the overall service delivery framework. This includes measurement, monitoring and control of all thresholds set as part of Governance Framework of the bankParticipate and contribute in all ongoing change management initiatives to enhance the Capital Reporting framework that is aligned with the regulatory and bank s technology objectives.Develop strong functional content across Basel framework (Basel II and III), RWA Information & Capital Infra Functionalities and conduct trainings/share best practices across various teams and aim towards enhancing the analytical quotient in all reports submitted to the stakeholdersPlan, Prepare, Allocate the delivery tasks amongst the team, assign specific responsibilities and ensure that the all the assurance deliverables are met within the agreed timelinesBe aware of the quality and operational control requirements, bearing in mind the expected data quality required for regulatory reporting in compliance to the standards set by the regulatorsDisseminate the knowledge on existing as well as ongoing changes happening in the Regulatory Reporting area in an organized manner to the rest of the team members and bring them up to speed to perform the activitiesWork towards continuous improvement to identify and implement opportunities to decrease process turn-around time and improve productivityContinuously improve the quality of service to Capital consumers through regular effective engagement, e-2-e delivery and assurance across all regulatory and management reporting and by providing insights into RWA informationFinance Professionals (MBA Finance) or Under-Graduation in Engineering + MBA (Finance) from a reputed institutionMinimum of 5 years of Strong RWA Information Management, Capital Regulatory Reporting, RWA Assurance and Analysis experience in Bank s Finance unit, having strong analytic skillsGood understanding of banking products / OperationsRisk Management or any other related Professional certification will be an added advantageDomain skills on Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) Analysis & Reporting, Basel II Reporting/Regulatory Reporting, Credit Risk Analytics.6-9 or more years of relevant experienceSQL working experience and knowledge in Moody s Systems will be an added advantage.KEY RELATIONSHIPS:Head, Capital CoEGroup Finance HeadHead, Group Credit Risk ReportingHead, Group Regulatory ReportingBusiness Finance, Product Control Functions, GSAMOther Finance and Risk functionsPSS & GTO Technology PartnersHead, Change CoEHead, Capital, Liquidity & Regulatory Programme ManagerKEY MEASURES:Delivery of standard Reports, Assurance (including Operational, Data Quality and RWA Assurance) in-line with BCBS239 compliance, Basel and Regulatory Framework, Metrics & Service Delivery across geographies.Apply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.To view information on our benefits including our flexible working please visit our career pages .,
