This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.JOB PURPOSEThis role will manage the end to end Global processes annually and assure all business and internal stakeholders within HR of a seamless service delivery on a group wide basisKEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for planning and leading the implementation of annual cycle of Global Processes working closely with the respective CoEsCarrying out a complete review of preceding annual rollout cycle with all stakeholders and planning for the next rollout with areas of enhancement on process and technologyManaging the end to end process on a group wide basis and ensure quality and time bound completion of various process deliverablesIdentifying all risks to the agreed plans and mitigate these risks by working closely with all stakeholders.Building strong partnerships with all other internal stakeholders that allows end to end seamless delivery.Building an effective communication plan around the processRequirementsQualifications: Essential: Graduate, ideally a post graduate qualified with a minimum of 5 years exp.Experience:Years of Experience: 5-8 yearsNature of Experience: Experience in process management / project managementEssential Skills / Aptitude:Proven ability to implement process management disciplines in prior roleStrategic thinker who can understand and anticipate changing customer needs and can focus on delivering flawless service deliveryStrong leadership, motivational and influencing skills to manage the initiative across geographiesWell developed communication and presentation skillsDynamic, resilient and strong team playerStrong technical skills and PeopleSoft knowledge would be an added advantageKEY MEASURABLESValue creation e.g. efficiency gainsProductivity gains/ improvementAttrition rates of unitExternal perceptions of unit in terms of service and environmentCompliance vs. control standardsInternal and external Voice of customer feedbackOperational lossesRetention of key staffAudit reviewsEffective cost controlREPORTS TO- Senior Manager/AVP/VP/SVPDIRECT REPORTS - HR Analyst/Senior Analyst/Specialist/Associate Manager,
