Job Description

Asset Manager role would be responsible for managing the end to end Technology Asset Capacity Management Lifecycle for PAN India locations.

Responsibilities

  • End to End Asset Lifecycle Management for Technology Assets for PAN India.
  • Asset Capacity Planning Management
  • Validate Initiate Procurement requests for Technology Assets.
  • Inventory Management (Intra Inter Unit TransferDe-bonding Disposal).
  • Managing Incident Request management.
  • Manage Asset upkeep Maintenance (RepairsReplacement)
  • Disposal of retired assets with the established compliance and other guidelines
  • Manage all applicable Laws, Rules Regulations
  • Vendor Services Management Audit
  • Own Various Reconciliation Activities ( Hardware, Software, Fixed Asset Register Mapping)
  • Liaison with respective stakeholders and manage all Technology Asset requirements for all sites
  • Asset Tracking System Application Management (L1 L2 Support Upgrades Enhancements)

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline, preferably an MBA.
  • Overall 6 - 8 years of experience in Technology Service Deliver and in that 5+ year of experience in managing Technology Asset capacity Management function

    • Required Skills

    • Excellent Communication skills
    • Good understanding of various Technology Asset types and trends
    • ITIL certified
    • Good Vendor Management skills
    • Good analytical skills;
    • Very well versed in MS-Office Excel and PowerPoint

      • Desired Skills

      • Sound knowledge on STPISEZ guidelines
      • Basic Indian taxation Customs knowledge
      • Well verse with eWaste Management Rules
